AI tools may sometimes assist with organizing research, exploring ideas, developing early drafts, improving structure, or supporting visual development. They are tools within the editorial process; they are not authors, spiritual advisers, or sources of Christian authority.

Before material is published, I review and edit it, check significant factual and scriptural claims, and decide whether it faithfully reflects the purpose and convictions of Green Ministry. Sources and the work of others should be acknowledged where appropriate.

AI-generated or AI-assisted images will be identified when they could reasonably be mistaken for documentary photographs of real people, ministries, gardens, events, or results.

Private pastoral messages, prayer requests, or personally identifying information will not be submitted to AI tools without the person’s knowledge and permission.

The measure of the finished work is whether it is faithful, honest, accurate, useful, compassionate, and accountable—not simply which writing or design tools assisted its development.
